How do I buy a photo?

Find the right photo(s) using the keyword search box at the top of the page, or by browsing the categories to the left.  Choose the size you need and click the Add To Cart button.  Once you are done shopping, you can pay for your images with a credit card, or your Paypal account.  After paying you can immediately download your photos and start using them in projects according to the terms of the royalty-free license.

What is a "Royalty-Free license"?
A Royalty-Free license means you can download an image once and use it in several personal or professional projects without having to buy additional rights. Here are some examples of allowed usages under the standard license agreement:

Professional use:

• Publicity/Advertising
• Press (magazines, books, newspapers, brochures)
• Website or blog illustration
• Multimedia presentation, printed presentation or report
• Decoration

Personal use:

• Interior decor
• Illustration of personal blog or website
• Screen saver
• School reports or projects
• Personal art and craft projects

When would I need an Extended License?
To print or reproduce an image more than the 500,000 times covered in the regular royalty-free license, or to use the images as part of any physical or electronic items for resale.  Please see Section 14 of our Content Licensing Agreement for further details. 

What kind of image uses are prohibited?
You cannot resell images in any form - prints or reproductions, original or modified.This would be criminal copyright infringement and would be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

What format are the photos in?
All LisaFXphotoStock.com photos are in JPG format.

Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add photos on a regular basis. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.

Can I submit photos to sell?
Right now the only photos that we sell are the ones taken by Lisa F. Young. In the future we may consider this.

Do you offer refunds?
Once an image has been downloaded we cannot offer a refund. There is no way to return a digital image once it has been copied to your hard drive. 

Are there any restrictions on my use of the photos that I download?
Yes. While LisaFXphotoStock.com offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.

Is image sharing allowed?
No, sharing an image or account the same as distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be opened and individual images purchased by each additional image user.

What if I don't find what I'm looking for?
If you are looking for a specific type image, and don't find it within out extensive library, feel free to e-mail admin@lisafxphotostock.com and we will consider adding your concept to our future photo shoots.
